About Tuur Roels

If life gives you lemons, you make lemonade.

As simple and very old quote with lots of wisdom in it. I have decided to even ad some sugar, not too much,  but just enough to make it sweet. Just as it should be.

I have given up on my day job and said my cozy apartment goodbye to travel around the world. Not a minute of regret has crossed my mind. I feel free, relaxed and do what I want.

In my pursuit of inspiring people I have created this blog and became a people coach.

Since 2015 I have started a travel blog and in early 2016 I began with a Youtube channel. I want to tell people about my life and the amazing places I have been too. If only I can convince one of you to take a stand and go travel the world, this all has been a success. In order to help and guide other people in their pursuit for a happines and a healty life style i started a carreer as a lifestyle coach.

In 2010 I became Mister Belgium. This gave me the opportunity to represent my country in various male pageants around the world (mister international 2011, mister Universe model 2011, Mister Real Universe 2015). Taking part in these pageants was not only fun, I instantly gained friends all over the world. In 2011 I decided to go live and work in Australia for 1 year. Ever since the travelbug has never left my body.

In 2012, I have lost my father. His loss has had an enormous impact on my life and I have decided no longer to live a life designed for my by others. Where ever I go, I never travel alone. My father is always there to guide me.

In 2014 I became the Belgian Coca Cola Light man after a nationwide competition with over 1000 candidates. This opportunity showed me I could do and become whatever I want, as long as you believe in yourself. This was the final push I needed. Now it's time to live my life !

Life is for those who are brave enough to live it.

Be brave enough to live the life of your dreams according to your vision and purpose instead of the expectations and opinions of others.”
